The wait is finally over, and many of you have been wondering. Soon the time will come when Gysinge stands in a sparkling winter landscape and the manor glitters in the winter darkness.

In our beautiful Orangery, we set the table for an atmospheric Christmas feast where Swedish traditions meet the flavors of the Dalälven River, the forests, and the surrounding countryside. Drawing inspiration from our loved ones, the manor’s history, and our unique location, we fill the tables with classic Christmas dishes, prepared with care and pride.

Here you’ll find the Orangeriet’s own herring, house-smoked salmon, homemade meatballs, and a creamy Jansson’s Temptation—along with carefully selected local ingredients and the best flavors of the season. Winter vegetables, root vegetables, and other vegetarian options are prepared with just as much care as the classic favorites and are a natural part of the Christmas buffet.

End the evening with our generous dessert table filled with homemade Christmas favorites and sweet treats baked with love by our very own Mrs. Claus.
