Just as in the past, quality takes time, and this is evident in every detail. Here, everything is baked with care by the manor’s own baker and pastry chef.
At the counter, you’ll find homemade bread, pastries, and sweets created from scratch with a love for both flavor and ingredients. We always use local ingredients as much as possible and are happy to collaborate with local producers to highlight the best that Gästrikland has to offer.
