A summer evening at Café Udden filled with song and joy, right next to the rapids of the Nedre Dalälven River.

Jamie Meyer competed on the TV show Popstars in the fall of 2002 and finished in third place. He then signed a record deal with Sony Music Sweden, and in 2003 he released his debut album, *It’s All About Me*. Bryan Adams co-wrote two of the songs. Swedish singer-songwriter Robyn also wrote one of the songs for the debut album, the title track “It’s All About Me.” In 2003, Meyer was nominated for a Rockbjörnen award in the “Swedish Newcomer of the Year” category. He also received a nomination at the NRJ Music Awards that same year in the “Male Artist of the Year” category.
