We’ll kick off the evening with our own take on the classic “dopp i grytan,” served in a cozy sharing-style format that fosters a wonderful sense of togetherness at the table.

When it’s time for the Christmas buffet, we serve up a fantastic spread that begins with delicacies from the sea and lakes. Enjoy dishes such as pickled herring, hot-smoked rainbow trout, cold-smoked halibut, and egg halves topped with Skagen salad. These are served with a selection of flavorful sauces, beet salad, and freshly baked Christmas bread.

Then move on to classic cold cuts such as Christmas ham, country pâté, smoked reindeer steak, and game sausage. On the hot side of the Christmas buffet, you’ll find favorites like meatballs, mini sausages, spare ribs, Jansson’s Temptation, and braised kale.

Of course, we’ll round off the evening with a delicious dessert table—filled with Christmas treats like rice pudding, cheesecake, chocolate mousse, saffron buns, and toffee.

Dates: Nov. 28, Nov. 29, Nov. 30, Dec. 5, Dec. 6, Dec. 7, Dec. 12, Dec. 13, Dec. 14.

Time: Choose between Seating 1: 5:00 p.m. or Seating 2: 7:30 p.m.
