Appetizer:

Scallops with roasted cauliflower purée. Served with browned butter, chives, and pomegranate.  

Main course:

Steak with Parmesan-tossed potatoes and a roasted garlic sauce with cognac. Served with whipped herb butter and pickled butternut squash.  

Dessert:

Brownie with orange ganache. Served with crushed pistachios and fresh raspberries.   

Price: 590 SEK per person 

Drinks package: 335 SEK per person  

Non-alcoholic beverage package: 225 SEK per person
