Breakfast buffet

At our breakfast buffet, most of our ingredients are locally sourced and organic. Here you can enjoy everything from bacon and scrambled eggs to waffles and freshly baked bread.

Lunch

There are always several lunch options to choose from, depending on what you're in the mood for—fish, meat, vegetarian dishes, pasta, and salad.

We update the lunch menu once a week.

Dinner

Enjoy seasonal dishes prepared in a modern style using ingredients from local producers. We serve everything from appetizers and main courses to desserts. Our à la carte menu is updated four times a year.

Catering

Thank you for placing your catering order with us. We offer delicious sandwich cakes, birthday cakes, salads, shrimp sandwiches, and exotic platters, all prepared on-site by our talented chefs.

Our vision is to create fresh, well-prepared food without frills, focusing on high-quality ingredients from local producers. At Gysinge Herrgård find our fantastic Restaurang Orangeriet and cozy Café Udden right next to the Dalälven River. Welcome!
