Lobster soup with a hint of orange. Topped with tangy sour cream and served with crispy garlic bread.

Main Course
200g entrecôte, served with a rich demi-glace sauce, Brussels sprouts, lingonberries, and pickled chanterelles.

Dessert
Crispy apple pie with lingonberry-poached apples and fluffy vanilla whipped cream.
